+ I am a Colombian PhD candidate in Cultural Anthropology at Stanford University with a minor in History and a graduate certificate in Science and Technology Studies (STS). During 2024-25 I will be a predoctoral fellow at the MIT anthropology program.
+ I hold a B.A in Sociology from National University of Colombia (with honors) and an M.A in Political Science from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota.
+ Prior to graduate school, I was a researcher at Colombia's National Center for Historical Memory for four years. All the materials from our audiovisual project about the Catatumbo region in northeastern Colombia can be found here.
+ I am also a bird enthusiast and a birder.
